SAP invoice records and transparency law at INTA

News Comments Off on SAP invoice records and transparency law at INTA

GDG Crypt, has successfully completed the project of services integration necessary to interact between the National Institute of Aerospace “Esteban Terradas” (INTA, Spanish Ministry of Defence) and the accounting of invoices SIC3 (Spanish Goberment Accounting Information System) dependent of the National Audit Office for the management of electronic invoicing in the Agency. GDG SX3200, an external security product certified by SAP, has narrowed the gap between administrations, thanks to the implementation of the security protocol of web services, which ensures not only the identity of the institutions or organizations that interact with Public Administration, but non-repudiation of transactions and data integrity, protected and managed from SAP core. This becomes a step further towards full integration of ERP systems to the processes of e-government.

The INTA is in the process of integration between its records management system based on SAP RMS, within which they are hiring records with the State Procurement Platform (PCE) owned by the Spanish Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations.

Currently, Information Technology INTA is finishing a first phase for the publication of smaller contracts. This integration will enable the Institute’s automatic publication of its smaller contracts (over 2,000 € per year) in the Transparency Portal regulated by Spanish Law 19/2013 on Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance, which feeds on the PCE.

Thanks to that, INTA will have an obvious benefit because they will expedite publication procedures, and it will save effort and errors in the rise of this information where legally required.
